Budget for Focus Area

Hi,
I was reviewing the Focus Area contract and we allocated 10K for the
re-population of the IDtrust Focus Area, not 15K. Also, after reviewing the
old PKI links, I don't think we will bring a good bit of that over. In other
words, 10K should be very acceptable for that process. Can I change the
contract bid from 15K to 10K?
Plus, we have a new charge of:
$1,000 to transition existing pki.xml.org site to idtrust.xml.org (new logo,
transition of URIs, content edits), which was not in the budget nor have we
been billed for this yet.
