The minutes look good, except I'm not sure about the purpose of
asterisks for some of the items in the Tim Polk meeting. From that
meeting I recall that Tim noted that the Computer Security Division is
resource-constrained, but he was willing to help by contributing with
some research they have already done - (path validation? - I don't have
notes on that, but it was some work David Cooper had done).
