Consolidated PR issue resolutions for token profiles

There were 5 issues filed during the PR, the issues and their resolutions were reported in the public IMI comments list and in the IMI TC issues list. The TC resolved via electronic ballot to approve a new CD based on resolution of some
 of these issues and that all comments changes were non-substantive.
