Cryptsoft Server update

Use case 8.1 and 8.2 are now supported in the Cryptsoft server.
Both the public and private key are returned in PKCS#1 format.

The current set of supported use cases is now:
	3.1.1 3.1.2 3.1.3 3.1.4 3.1.5 3.2 4.1 5.1 6.1 7.1 7.2 8.1 8.2 12.1
