IBM KMIP interop server update

The IBM KMIP proof-of-concept interop server has been updated with the
following bugfixes (thanks Tim for finding most/all of them!):

-All Distinguished Names for certificate
attributes are now returned in RFC 2253 format
-The Link attribute is now listed in
the Get Attributes response
-The serial number set in new certificates
is now generated by performing sha1(time)
-Added Certify, Re-certify to the list
of supported operations and added Secret Data to the list of supported
objects (in Query)
-Digest returned only once in Get Attribute
List for certificates
