RSA 2011 -- Booth Space Upgrading...

Hi Everyone,

I understand that there was some discussion about the space constraints during the last meeting.  Bob Griffin sent along a note indicating that the group might want to upgrade the size of the booth. I spoke to my contact at the event and found out that they do not currently have an 10x30 upgrades available at this time.  They do have a few 20x20 spaces – one of which is in the front row #2117 ( http://www.rsaconference.com/2011/usa/for-sponsors-and-exhibitors/2011-floor-plan.htm ).  These will go very fast – so if we want to move on any upgrade options – we’ll need to do so quickly.

Upgrading would mean extra funding from all current participants and/or more interop participants. The current budget & fee structure for our 10x20 space is based on five-six participants.  We currently have six confirmed.  As I mentioned in my last note, High Density Devices expressed an interest in joining the demonstration.  As of today, they have not confirmed.  I am not aware of others, but would be very interested to know if anyone has recommendations.  I would be happy to put together a revised budget for a 20x20 space – if the group is interested.  Please let me know what you think.
