I have updated the IBM KMIP interop server with the latest Attribute Index-related changes, i.e. the Attribute Index is always required in the Attribute structure.
If you omit the attribute index, you can send the protocol messages with major version 1, minor version 0, and it should work as before. However, none of the new v1.1 functionality (e.g., new operations such as Discover Versions, or new attributes such as Fresh) will work if the protocol message version is 1.0.
