HP ESKM server available for interop test

Hello interop participants,
On behalf of HP we appreciate the opportunity to rejoin the interop testing.   The HP server is now operational and available.  I will be sending credentials to each of the interop participants shortly. Attached are the HP server configuration RSA2013-ESKM-configuration.dox, and the Capability Register Claimed .xlsx.  Please contact me if I have omitted any required information.
