Minutes from call

Thanks to Tony (again) the minutes from the call are attached. If there are any corrections please let me know.  The cross-vendor summary status in terms of reports is also attached. As reported to each vendor we delayed commencing Java client and CSharp client tests until we got reports back on the C client testing hence there are still a couple of test reports to go out today.
