 Hello Jane
On behalf of all of us at RSA Conference 2013, we look forward to your presence in Gateway Expo!  A lot of exciting activities will be going on in the Expo, and we want to give you an exclusive preview.  In addition to your exhibit booths, Gateway Expo will feature
Delegate Welcome Reception
– The Expo in both South and Gateway is the location for the exclusive Delegate Welcome Reception on Monday evening from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.  There will be food and beverage served and you should definitely plan on having your booth staffed!
The Security Mashup Track
- an open theater in the middle of Gateway 102/103/104 featuring one of the RSA Conference Track Sessions.  Attached is the Security Mashup schedule in case you want to plan your booth activities/presentations with them in mind.
Expo Pub Crawl
– Tuesday, 5:00 PM - 6:00PM.   Featured sponsors in both South and Gateway Expo will offer ice cold beverages as part of this great traffic builder.
Great Gateway Giveaway
– We’ll be giving out free, stainless steel RSA Conference 2013 water bottles to all those visiting Gateway Expo (while supplies last).  Available only in Gateway Expo, these will be a great memento of RSA Conference 2013.  On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, we will be raffling off GoPro HD HERO3 (Black Edition) cameras.  Delegates, Expo Plus, and Expo visitors are all eligible to enter the raffle.
Exhibitor Set up – if you ship your booth materials to the Advance Warehouse, or hand-carry in your materials, you can set up Saturday morning beginning at 8:00 AM.  If you are shipping your booth materials directly to show site, the target time for Gateway freight is Saturday afternoon between 1:00 PM and 5:00PM in order to avoid material handling surcharges.  If you have questions on this, don’t hesitate to ask either Freeman Exhibitor services (
