Capability Statement amendments

Hi folks,
I have 2 amendments that need to be made to each of your claim
sheets.
1.       TC-Q-RNGS-6-13 should be inserted at row 193 as a 6th
option within that block
2.       TC-STREAM-HASH-2-13 and TC-STREAM-HASH-3-13 are listed as
mutually exclusive alternatives. This is incorrect as both can be
supported simultaneously.
I will correct each of the Capability Statements I have collected so
far based on values in adjacent cells. I would ask you all to check
your test sheets when they are available and if this needs
correction for your implementation, I'll take care of that.
Thanks to Steve W at HPE for picking up the errors. I've changes
some of the tools to ensure these errors are not repeated in
subsequent tests.
