Interop Testing Extended

Hi Folks,
It looks like the majority of folks would prefer that we extend
testing so we'll push it back to 12pm US-PST on Wednesday 20th
January.
Please ensure that you get the completed test sheets to me as soon
as possible so I can start on the results collation.
I've updated the dates as included in the agreed process as per the
following.
Official Testing completes    12pm Wednesday Jan 20, 2016
Client operators provide final test result sheets to server
operators    5pm Thursday Jan 21, 2016
Server operators provide final test result sheets to test
coordinator    5pm Monday Jan 25, 2016
Initial report results collation and distribution for discussion on
interop test call    3pm Tuesday Feb  2, 2016
Distribution of agreed results    5pm Friday Feb 12, 2016
