Motion regarding change of credentials

Hi folks,
As most of you will now be aware, Unbound have raised a motion
for a Special Majority Vote to use credentials other than those
issued during the Connectivity Test Period and additionally to use
test sheets other than those issued during the Connectivity Test
Period.
As a point of clarification, and following the TC Process, the
motion will need to be seconded in order to trigger a Special
majority Ballot.
Please be clear that I am not asking for any party to second the
motion, nor am I asking for any party to avoid seconding the
motion. The intent of this message is to make a clear statement
about the process.
Whether or not an Interop Participant seconds the motion brought
by Unbound is up to each Interop Participant to determine.
