Finalized Interop Result Set

Hi Folks,
Thanks again for your time today reviewing the outstanding
non-passes . We set a record for the fastest resolution on an
interop test and it was mainly down you all working cooperatively
to determine the fairest approach to the challenges presented.
Well done!
I've merged this morning's data set in with the full list of
non-disputed results and pulled that into the same format for your
review (attached).
If anyone spots any anomalies, please let me know.
At this point, I'll start on the analysis to support the usual
array of graphs for the KMIP TC and I will make that available as
soon as I have it ready to go.
