Claim Sheet Status

Hi Folks,
Thanks you to everyone for getting your claim sheets in on time.
One item I failed to call out is the usage of the extra encodings
(XML, JSON & HTTPS). Most folks have noted their support on
the claim sheet anyway so thanks to those that did.
I will base optional encoding support on the support quoted for:
MSGENC-HTTPS-M-1-20
MSGENC-JSON-M-1-20
MSGENC-XML-M-1-20
If you have noted support for each of these, I will assume full
support for those encoding for the test cases marked as supported
under TTLV. If you have any variances between encoding support
levels, please let me know and I'll adjust appropriately.
Thanks again to everyone for getting your sheets on time. I'll
get the test sheets out ASAP.
