Important RSA KMIP Interop Participant Information

Hi Everyone,
We're
less than one month away from RSA 2020. The group made a
lot of decisions over the past few months. Below is a
recap of those decisions, as well as a list of deadlines
and action times coming down the pike.
Please continue
to have a representative attend the weekly KMIP TC
meetings to contribute to future decisions and to stay
informed.

Exhibit
Staff Registration and Other Registration
Discounts  :
Each company
is entitled to receive two exhibitor badges. Please
forward the names of your two individuals (including
full name, job title,
email and cell number) by 7 February.
If you require additional exhibitor badges, please

Interop
Flyer and Booth Space
Literature :
Companies are free
to bring literature along with them. Each pod in our
booth will be equipped with a literature rack. In
addition, OASIS will create a flyer describing the
Interop and participants. A logo and company
description (75 words max) for each participant will
be included. The flyer is being currently drafted. A
copy will be circulated to the group next week for
review.
Press
Release & Request for Quotes  :
OASIS will
issue a  press
release  on
25 February. Foundational and Sponsor members participating in the RSA Interop and Showcases may submit a  quote  (75 words or fewer) in support of your demo. Your  quote  will be included in the body of the press release. Please email  quotes  to me ( Jane Harnad ) by Wednesday, 19 February. Be sure to include a name and title at your organization for attribution.
If you represent a Contributor-level member, and you wish to be quoted  in the OASIS RSA press release, please contact me immediately for  information on changing your membership level to Sponsor. You can see if your company is a Sponsor or Contributor at  https://www.oasis-open.org/member-roster  .
Booth
Space & Location  : Our booth space
is #1249 in the South Hall.
Booth Layout:
Completed action. Final layout is included in the
attached.
Pod
Selection:
Pod s election  will begin
shortly. The order will be determined by OASIS
membership level (Foundational members first,
followed by Sponsors, Contributors, then
Individuals). Within each level, the order for  selecting
will be based on your participation sign-up date.
I'll be in touch with each company individually to
determine selections.
Booth Main
Graphic:  Completed action. Final design is
included in the attached.
Lead
Retrieval Device:  The group decided not to
have a booth lead retrieval system -- instead opted
to exchange business cards and/or use lead retrieval
devices from their own booths. Please note: This
means that NO complete list of our booth visitors
will be available after the show.
Pod
video monitor:  Each pod will be equipped
with a 32" video monitor (resolution 1920 x 1080).
HDMI cords will be available for connections.
Please contact Jane Harnad by 7 February if you
require other connection options.
Interop
Participant
Set-up:
Our space
will be available for set-up and
testing on Monday, 24 February from 8:00-4:00
PM.
The show will open for a
special reception
later that evening.  All
Participants need to have their demonstrations
operation and tested with each other
Participant no later than 1:00 PM. Tony and/or I
will be onsite starting at 8:00 AM.
