Aug2014 Plugfest

Hi folks,

    

    To ensure there is no ambiguity in relation to the upcoming KMIP
    v1.3 plugfest, as always the details will be agreed amongst the
    participants once the participant list has been finalized.

    

    The plugfest is open to both OASIS and non-OASIS members on an equal
    basis.
