Groups - Application Specific Information Usage Guide Proposal (UG Proposal - Application Specific Information.doc) uploaded

During last week's call, I mentioned that we had a few concerns regarding
the Application Specific Information proposal. This has been resolved and
the proposal does not require any modifications. The concerns have been
addressed by including further clarification and examples in the Usage
Guide (see the proposal).
