members do not need to vote on ballot "Election of KMIP TC co-chair"

Hi -

With Gordon's email yesterday, ceding the co-chair responsibility to
Subash, you do not need to vote on this ballot after all. I'm checking
with the OASIS folks to see whether I should delete the ballot, or let
it expire tomorrow.

My thanks for both Gordon and Subash for being willing to join me as
co-chair -- and congratulations (commiserations?) to Subash on being the
new co-chair!
