proposed additional text for deferred items (RE: [kmip] Deferring P1619.3 proposal to pre-allocate enumeration ranges)

In the light of Matt's email, here's proposed text for the addition to
the deferred items in section 4 of the Usage Guide.

Registering extensions to KMIP
enumerations. Establishing a registry for extensions to defined KMIP
enumerations, such as in support of profiles specific to IEEE P1619.3 or other
organizations, may be considered for the future.

Hi Folks,

 

Based on today's discussion, I'd like to defer the proposal to
pre-allocate enumeration ranges to IEEE P1619.3 until we better understand how
we want to structure a registry.  It may be easier to just allocate values as
needed.
