Hello Subhash, 

Lines 8-9 say "This document intends to meet this OASIS requirement by building on the KMIP Server Conformance Clauses ([KMIP-Spec] 13.1)"

This should be corrected (per spec line 1879) to "... on Conformance clauses for a KMIP Server ([KMIP-Spec] 12.1)".  Note differences in both section number and title.
