There is a discrepancy in Tag Values given in "kmip-spec-1.0-cd-06.pdf" and used in "kmip-usecases-1.0-cd-05.pdf".

For example, in Use Case doc, in the first use case described, "Create / Destroy", the tag used for Request Message is 420075 

while in spec tag specified for Request Message is 0x420078
