Update to proposed text for Usage Guide incorporating comments from several
TC members.

The document revision named Using the Same Asymmetric Key Pair in Multiple
Algorithms (v2SharingKeyPairBetweenAlgosProposal.doc) has been submitted by
Ms. Judith Furlong to the OASIS Key Management Interoperability Protocol
(KMIP) TC document repository.  This document is revision #1 of
SharingKeyPairBetweenAlgosProposal.doc.

Document Description:
Proposed new section for inclusion in the v1 KMIP Usage Guide to explain
that the same assymetric key pair can be used in multiple algorithms and to
clarify why the same key pair needs to represented separately for each
algorithm.
