Groups - Sun's proposed changes to KMIP spec 1.0-cd-06 v2 (kmip-spec-1.0-cd-06-Sun.doc) uploaded

This version includes edits from today's KMIP meeting, along with a few
clarifications on the Usage Limits error messages and encodings.  Also
changed "Usage Limits Remaining" to "Usage Limits Count" for better
consistency with the previous language.
