KMIP use cases in HTML and packet parser updated

The contents of
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/42889/kmip-usecases-1.1-cd-01.doc
are also available in the multi-format marked up HTML variation made available
at http://interop.cryptsoft.com/kmip_uc/

This includes output formats of: use case, hex dump, hex string, C data
structures, tagtext, hex-html, json and XML variations.

As always the OASIS documents are the definitive source - but the contents at
interop.cryptsoft.com are generated automatically off the document and hence are
always in sync.

The KMIP packet parser at http://interop.cryptsoft.com/kmip/parse/ has also been
updated which can take arbitrary KMIP TTLV in hex format and output in various
other formats.
