        hi -

this version of the Profiles proposal contains:

- clarification that all communication must be secure and authenticated (not just client to server)

- correction (from Steve's comment on ballot) that new profile is Discover Versions, not Secret Data

- change from SHALL to SHOULD for use of IANA-assigned port number by server

i also fixed a couple of places where i had "Get Version" or "Discover Version" rather than Discover Versions.
