Cryptsoft KMIP Statement of Use

Draft SoU previously circulated on the kmip-interop-tech list attached.
It will be updated once committee specification state is reached to
reference the committee specification level versions of each of the
documents.

Each conformance statement in the specification and the profiles noted
has been verified as required by OASIS rules.
Where other vendors offer capability and are willing to participate in
public interoperability testing it has been performed in accordance with
the test cases.

Note: the TLSv1.2 based profiles have not been tested with any other
vendor as so far no other vendor performing public interop testing
supports TLSv1.2.
