Requests for profile starter docs submitted

Hi -

I submitted the requests for starter docs for a number of the profiles this morning. Since the notice about availability of the starter docs is likely to be sent to the mailing list next week, I wanted to mention that I put tim and bob lockhart as co-editors on all of the requests. In those cases where a particular profile has different editors, my apologies! Please do make the corrections as needed.
