Re: [kmip] KMIP v1.2 TestCases: Inconsistency w.r.t. Register of Split Keys?

A good topic for discussion.

Note that you can split a Secret Data item and for those Cryptographic
Algorithm and Cryptographic Length do not apply so there is room for
some elaboration on that as clearly the statements in the specification
there are incorrect for at least that circumstance.

We did note in the 1.3 related discussions that some of the tables where
object types are referenced may need updating.

TC-SJ-3-12 should have the Cryptographic Algorithm and Cryptographic
Length specified at Register of each split given that this example is a
split of an AES 128-bit key and the wording the KMIP 1.2 specification.

I'll look at the other test cases related to Split Keys.
