We have already used those tag values in KMIP 1.4 items so the corresponding tag values next on the list need to be adjusted to be:

Authenticated Encryption Additional Data - 0x4200FE

Authenticated Encryption Tag - 0x4200FF

        This is what seems an adequate mod to the KMIP1.3 spec to permit Authenticated Encryption and Decryption (with or without Additional Data).  So AES-GCM, for example.
