Groups - Client / Server Correlation Value uploaded

        Hello All,

I have belatedly uploaded the spec changes for the Client and Server correlation values as discussed at the 2016 Face2Face.

They are simple strings that allow client and server logs to be synced, and for the client to tell give the server extra information about what it is doing that can be logged, e.g. the Test Case number during interops.
