Shouldn't the values below be marked as "reserved" as is done with other old values that have been removed (e.g., PGP type in Certificate Type Enumeration)

The KMIP 2.0 specification is missing the following values appearing in the 1.4 spec:

SHA3-256 with RSA Encryption   011

SHA3-384 with RSA Encryption   012

SHA3-512 with RSA Encryption   013
