RSA 2019 Update for KMIP Technical Committee

Dear KMIP TC
Members,

OASIS reserved a 20x20 exhibit space (in the South Hall) on the RSA 2019 show
floor for the KMIP Technical Committee. The RSA Conference will take place on 4-8
March 2019. 

A maximum of eight member companies will be able to participate. The cost per
pod will be $9,800. Sign-up information will be distributed on 16 May. Reservations
will be open to only Foundational- and Sponsor-level members until 30 May.
Contributor members may apply after 30 May if any pods remain. Deadline for all
reservations is 13 June. 

By reserving a pod within the OASIS KMIP booth, your company:

 

1. Understands that your participation
is pending until approval is received from the RSA show organizers (see note
below*);   

2. Agrees to comply with all the
rules and requirements as outlined in the KMIP Formal Interop process as
approved by the TC, and other applicable OASIS rules;

3. Acknowledges that full payment
must be received within 30 days of the signed agreement and that no refunds are
available after RSA approves your participation.  

 

Contributor members are encouraged to
consider upgrading their membership to Sponsor in order to secure participation
in RSA 2019 and receive other marketing benefits exclusive to Sponsors. The
cost of upgrading is prorated based on renewal date. Contact

*Beginning in
2019, RSA must pre-approve all companies for participation in the OASIS booth.
RSA reserves the right to deny
participation for any company not compliant with their rules. A few
reasons a company could be denied include: outstanding financial issues, being
a past exhibitor that no longer exhibits, and contacted RSA about exhibiting at
a past show. This is an independent determination by RSA, over which OASIS
has no control.
