Re: [kmip] KMIP 2.0 test cases

As noted on the call last week, the drafts from the last interop are the "current" versions and there will be an updated set of tests hopefully before this weeks call containing updates to match the specification updates since the last interop including additional test cases as discussed on previous calls against various profiles.

These base 2.0 test cases have been available since March 2018 and were pretty much what was used in the last interop (with updated after the interop for the items discussed during the interop).Â
