Interop function

Hi Tony,

   We, P6R, wanted to mention are going to support the Interop function during the upcoming interop for any server vendor that is going to implement it.

We have added it into our client SDK and are now in the process of adding it into our test tool (KVS).   We will be able to control whether the Interop function is sent via a configuration setting.
