Hi Tony,

    I am pretty sure that the TC did not approve of adding the P, Q, G fields to this structure,  Section 4.14

I remember Tim sending an email about how the party requesting this feature needed to make a proposal.

Thus I don't believe it should be in the 2.0 spec.
