This also because in case of some inconvenient we could use also the 1st or 3rd Wednesday for not skipping the task.

I am wondering if the chairs of the other sub-committees may share also their date and time rules in order to avoid overlapping, especially for those people that are in several sub-committees (e.g. Technical and Legislative, or Court and Legislative).
