The courts and reporters site derived from CourtListener data
mentioned by John Heywood last week can now be accessed here:

I hope the content proves useful for discussions within OASIS on the
development of a markup framework for this material. The court
identifiers would benefit from careful review, as they will need to be
stable over time to avoid disruption.
