I may not be able to attend this afternoon, or if I can I will be late by around 30 minutes.

I have contributed in the shared spreadsheet with 2 examples illustrating our current concern in ELI which are references to text subdivisions (I didn't took the most trivial examples of course :-) ) :

Regulation (EEC) No 570/88 is hereby amended as follows: (... snip long 
piece of text...) Article 8 is amended as follows: (... snip again...) 
(c) the last sentence of point (a) in the second paragraph is replaced 
by the following:

...take account of Article 233(c) of the Customs Code
