The schemas
simplified/lrml-ordered-ref.rnc_simplified.rnc
and
rsd/lrml-ordered-ref.xsd + rsd/xml.xsd
provide monolithic grammars for the syntax expressed in
examples/approved/ex2.1.1-references.lrml-ordered-ref.rnc
The modular version is provided by relaxng/lrml-ordered-ref.rnc toghether with
the modules directory.
