Log:
modify the XSLT for partial parsing to the abstract syntax (treating ruleml:Rule as an XML Literal), fixing some problems and refactoring using functions.
Also adding two new XSLTS, one for evaluating CURIEs and CURIE-like abbreviations, and another for full parsing.
