For those who are interested, yesterday July 15, H. R. 3482 `Cyber Security 
Enhancement Act of 2002' An Act To provide greater cybersecurity was passed 
in the House.  It contains provisions related to government re-organization 
and information technology that may be of interest to members of this list.
