Interesting.  It demonstrates how different each state rules are governed.
In Utah, the Bar Association told us, Tybera, they are the authority of
addresses for Attorneys.  http://www.utahbar.org/html/find_a_lawyer.html
They have stated that if the address of the attorney changes and they do not
notify the Bar within a certain time frame, they could suspend the attorneys
license.  It is also the case with the DOC and Corporations.
