I attach Roger Winters’ minutes of the face to face
meeting in New Orleans.  The minutes are limited to
the record the formal actions taken – at the beginning of the
document.  However, his summary contains so much worthwhile information
that I am including that as well.  I also attach the definition of Court
Filing Blue as modified during the meeting in New Orleans.  I also
draw your attention to additional matters posted since the New
  Orleans meeting by John Messing and John Ruegg.
