We agreed in Las Vegas to an
aggressive schedule to complete the first version of Court Filing Blue by July
1, in time for Joint Tech Committee approval at its meeting a week later.

 

To accomplish that, we have scheduled three face to face
meetings over the next six months.  Please note them on your calendars:

 

February 24-25 in Salt Lake City

April 28-29 in New Orleans

June 16-17 in Santa Fe

 

We will also be establishing two new lists – one for
the Requirements Subcommittee (with membership open to all TC members) and one
for a Blue Subcommittee which will provide us with a separate list on which to
debate Blue requirements, specifications, and schemas.  The Blue
Subcommittee is intended to be a subcommittee of the whole, with all TC members
involved in it.  But each member will need to sign up for membership in
that subcommittee.  We will post the charters for the subcommittees early
next week for TC approval through a KAVI vote.

 

Full minutes from the meeting will follow in due course but
I wanted all members to receive immediate notice of these dates and plans.
