Jim, I also found that parts of the draft charters raised questions or were
confusing to me. Since there was no opportunity for comment or revision before
the ballot (that I was aware of - maybe I missed something) I opted not to vote
rather than vote 'Yes' for something I couldn't explain. Perhaps other
members did the same?
My
questions are (1) will the co-chairs/TC entertain comments and suggestions on
the charters, and (2) can the option to "Abstain" be added to the
ballots?
