I regret not completing my comments by last 
Friday.  Here are some even though they are late.  I feel that it will 
take me a several more days to work through the queries to believe in 
them.  I have made comments on my first reading, and although I have read 
the other comments made, I have not tried to consider what they might mean 
yet.  I have not had time to review more of our history to see what 
else might be missing.

 

I do think that this 
wd-LegalXML-Specifications-02.doc is a great deal of work and I congradulate the 
contributors and writer.
