Our December Face-to-Face meeting will be held from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
on Thursday, December 8th and from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Friday,
December 9th in the Liberty classroom of the Clark County, Nevada

conference calls at 4:00 pm Pacific (7:00 pm Eastern) on Thursday and 3:00 pm
Pacific (6:00 pm Eastern) on Friday to review decisions made at the face to
face with TC members who are not able to be present

and action on ECF 3.0 “roadmap” prepared
by  and Roger Winters

            Review
and action on Proposed Proxy Signature Profile submitted by Nick Pope

Deciding which updated definitions to send to XSTF to be included in GJXDM 3.1

Defining an approach to encourage testing of the spec
and profiles, including the possible value of an open source reference
implementation of the spec

Defining a roadmap for all "future work"
defined in the core spec

Refining the Court Filing Blue requirements document

Encourage wider participation by courts and vendors in
the TC
