It appears very likely that the technical committee will
receive limited funding from the LegalXML Member
Section to provide technical assistance to implementers of the ECF 3.0 specification. 
A major purpose of that funding will be to assist 
in its implementation effort.



Anyone else wishing to available themselves of this
assistance should notify Tom Clarke and 
as soon as possible so that their needs can be taken into account as we plan
the use of this resource.
