Because we are holding a face to face meeting later in the
week, there is no need to hold a conference telephone call on Tuesday, May 9th.
 Instead, we will hold our regular
conference calls following the TC face to face meetings on Thursday and Friday,
May 11th and 12th.  A separate email sets forth the agenda and details
for the conference calls for that meeting.
